Information is POWER. During the spring and summer markets, homes are often on the market a short time before they are sold. If they are priced right and in good condition, there will likely be multiple offers. Finding the right home requires a close relationship with a Realtor® who can identify new listings and arrange showings in a timely manner. Being a Realtor® is my sole vocation. I have the flexibility to show homes swiftly while accommodating your schedule.
Finding the right home is a process that calls for teamwork. I appreciate the relationship that is formed based on trust and collaboration as we pursue your goals.
The home’s condition, price and your vision will determine whether it is the right home. My role is not a salesperson, it is to show homes you are interested in while providing objective information to help you make informed decisions.
As a Designated Buyer’s Agent, I have had a range of experiences with buyer’s; sometimes showing one home and writing an offer to showing 75 + homes over a period of two years before locating the right home. Respecting the process is as important as the outcome.
The Accredited Buyer Representative is a designation that is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) to Realtors who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide the high level of quality service required by REBAC.
When you have settled into your new home, I want you to be so pleased with the process you will refer friends and family.
